Watch out for this blackmailing network operating mainly from Turkey. The first contact is through a woman that offers rituals to bring people together. Once she gathers information and pictures from the victims, these criminals start blackmailing them. 

They operate using WhatsApp from many different phone numbers, with country codes from Turkey, Egypt, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia. 

These blackmailers are extremely malicious harassers and know how to hide their tracks!

The scammer was in WooPlus dating app but communicates through WhatsApp with his victims. He claims he is in the US Military, deployed in Israel or Iraq and requiring a cash loan to pay for renovations to properties he inherited and wants to sell. The scam also involves a fake law firm, fake attorneys, and fake documents. This person is extremely convincing, and provides fake but realistic documents and websites.
